The DNA of our company has always been, for 30 years, anchored in a lasting relationship with our partners and our collaborators. Proximity, adaptability, and attention are the key words describing our relationship with our customers.
Supporting our final consumers, wishing to consume better, or our customers in their transformation, social and environmental responsibility is at the heart of our strategic ambitions.
Our manufacturing site in the south of France meets the ecological standards in force and has been ISO22716 certified for good manufacturing practices since 2008. Since 2020, we can equally support our customers in their projects for organic cosmetic products according to the COSMOS standard.
Our products and formulas are constantly being optimized with a view of continually increasing quality. We favor short circuits that are more respectful of the environment and offer products at the right price while promoting local French production.

Polexandre Joly
Executive Chairman
Polexandre graduated from the Neoma business school and the Autonomous University of Barcelona in economics. Seasoned entrepreneur for more than 10 years, he has created and led several companies in various sectors, including the digital, finance, and consumer goods sectors.
Rémi Julliand
Managing Director
Rémi benefits from 20 years of experience acquired within the leading luxury and beauty companies (LVMH, L'Oréal, Shiseido). He was the Deputy Managing Director of Embryolisse Laboratories before joining Rémanence. A graduate of HEC and holder of a DESS in business law from La Sorbonne, Rémi specialized in Export (Travel Retail and distributors) and in the management of business units.
Caroline Auvilla
Marketing Director
Specialized in innovation, brand strategy and the optimization of product offers, Caroline has 20 years of marketing experience in the international Beauty industry. Once Head of Innovation Europe at Church&Dwight and Head of Marketing at Maesa, Caroline graduated from the Grenoble School of Management. Sensitive to environmental issues, she recently completed a training in corporate sustainability management.
